- May 31-June 3: Pow Wow & Bull-a-Rama, up to 500 dancers, drum groups, stick game teams at Mill Bay Casino, Manson.

- June 1-Oct. 1: Lake Chelan Historical Society Museum, 204 E. Woodin, 1-4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.

- June 2: Lake Chelan Boat Show and Fly-In.

- June 3-8: Paragliding National Championships, Chelan Butte.

- June 16: Chelan Valley Farmers Market opens for season at Johnson Avenue next to the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce. Open 8:30-11 a.m. Saturdays until mid-October.

- June 22-24: Taste of Chelan Street Fair.

- July 4: Fireworks over the Lake, Manson.

- July 6-15: Lake Chelan Bach Feste's 20th anniversary.

- July 16-23: Practice event for Women's World Hang Gliding Championships in 2002. Also Class II World Championships for gliders with mechanical surfaces that make them turn more like airplanes.

- July 27-28: Lake Chelan Rodeo, Chelan Rodeo Grounds.
