Healthy munchies?

Frito-Lay has gone healthy.

The chip behemoth recently created alternative versions to some of our junk food favorites. And get this: The ingredients list contains no preservatives, no artificial flavor or color and nary a drop of hydrogenated fat.

The rollout includes Lay's, Cheetos, Ruffles and Tostitos. The Tostitos yellow and blue corn chips -- made from organic corn -- were salty, crisp and slightly sweet in a good way. The White Cheddar Puffs were not quite as cheesy as their less-healthy counterpart but not as fingerprint-messy, either. And the Lay's thick-cut and Ruffles (with ridges) chips were, like the rest, good enough to sneak in as a substitute.

Dad's day coming up

Most of us remember to thank or honor our dads on Father's Day -- coming up June 15! But what about the dad you get with marriage? Tell us about your fathers-in-law, how they've helped you and expanded your family, along with the meaning of "dad" or "father."
