War talk
Humanities Washington is sponsoring a talk on "Wars in Early Washington: The Ironies of Human Conflict" by William Woodward, Ph. D., member of the history department faculty at Seattle Pacific University.
The talk begins at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Office of the Secretary of State, 6880 Capitol Blvd. S., Tumwater. The lecture is part of the Inquiring Mind series. Doors open at 6 p.m. For more information, call 360-704-5269.
