Washington State Patrol Class


Trisena M. John-Phelps receives a congratulatory hug Wednesday at the conclusion of the Washington State Patrol Academy graduation in the Capitol Rotunda. John-Phelps was the only female in her 23-member 91st Trooper Basic Training Class. The newly sworn-in troopers completed 900 hours of training beginning in August and are the first class to graduate in the Capitol Rotunda since 2002, when renovation of the Legislative Building began.
