Rachel Craig scored 12 points and Jessie Smith contributed 11 rebounds for the Clippers, who pulled away from a 22-22 halftime tie to improve to 2-0 in the NWAACC.
"We picked a good time to start winning," coach Dee Dee Horton said. "It wasn't a really good game. We played very well on defense, but we were stagnant on offense and had too many turnovers. We just fought harder all the way through the end."
Quiana Smith came off the bench to add nine points and four rebounds. She hit all three of her shots from the floor and went 3-for-3 from the line.
In the men's game, Clark beat SPSCC 72-67. No other information was available.
