Restaurants are evaluated on four specific criteria - food, service,
value and atmosphere - to which the reviewer assigns a numerical
rating.
The ratings are as follows (and published with reviews):
5 forks: excellent
4 forks: very good
3 forks: good
2 forks: average
1 fork: fair
The reviewer adds up totals for his/her individual ratings and
averages them for an overall rating, rounding up or down if necessary
based on the whole of the dining experience.
Restaurants that receive a review of 1 fork (fair) will receive
a follow-up visit and review after two months.
