Earthquake 2001

EARTHQUAKE EXTRA
The magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck at 10:55 a.m.,Wednesday, February 28, 2001. It lasted about 45 seconds and was centered 30 miles beneath the Nisqually Delta, according to the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo.
