- The Junior League of Olympia's Gift and Garden Event at Saint Martin's College continues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today with Family Day activities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event goes on Sunday with a senior citizen discount and hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The college is at 5300 Pacific Ave. S.E. in Lacey. - The Garden Raised Bounty Plant Sale is at Downtown Intergenerational Garden at Cherry Street and State Avenue from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 5. There will be flowers, herbs, berries and vegetables sold as a fund-raiser for GRuB's Cultivating Use Program. Call 753-5522 for more information.

- The Thurston County Master Gardeners have an annual sale at Dirt Works, behind Yauger Park at the end of Alta Street in west Olympia from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 19. There will be a large selection of plants at reasonable prices, door prizes and workshops, including demonstrations on making container arrangements.
