From apple blossoms to garlic bulbs, Washington offers a festival for just about all tastes.
Among the many highlights of the upcoming spring festival season: Olympia's own Arts Walk and Procession of the Species (April 19-20), the University District Street Fair in Seattle (May 18-19) and the Tacoma Highland Games (June 22).
