BRIDGE UPDATE

THIS WEEK

Crews will continue to build the work trestle and coffer dams.

LONG-TERM

Crews will demolish the former bridge's westernmost pier. Crews will begin the construction of the new stormwater out-fall on the north side of the work trestle. Crews will begin the excavation for the bridge's most westerly pier and begin construction of a new stormwater system on Fifth Avenue.
