Hearings

Here are a few of the committee hearings and work sessions today in the Legislature. House committee meetings are in the John L. O'Brien Building. Senate committee hearings are in the John A. Cherberg Building.

House

- Financial Institutions & Insurance: Work session on 2002 session interim projects, 8 a.m., HHR-C.

- Higher Education: Briefing on Workforce Investment Act, 8 a.m., HHR-D.

- Natural Resources: Briefing on Department of Information Services, 8 a.m., HHR-D.

- Floor session/caucus: 9 a.m.

Senate

- Floor session: 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

- 8 a.m.: Senate Labor, Commerce & Financial Committee discusses unemployment insurance.

- 9 a.m.: Senate floor session (live).

- 1 p.m.: House floor session (live).
