Municipal Court

The following action occurred in Municipal Court involving people charged with driving while under the influence of intoxicants:

Munn, Kenneth G., 19, 501 Wilson St., Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $1,095, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 suspended and credit for time served one day. Date of violation: Nov. 20, 2001.

Pierce, David A. Jr., 28, 1015 Oakhurst Drive, Elma, found guilty, fined $1,505, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 suspended. Date of violation: Aug. 13, 2000.

Randall, Joseph A., 38, 3814 Apollo St. S.E., Lacey, pleaded guilty, fined $1,095, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 suspended. Date of violation: Nov. 11, 2001.

Rietdorf, Shawn C., 33, 330 Picadilly Drive S.E., Shelton, pleaded guilty, fined $2,575, sentenced to serve 365 days with credit for time served 21 days. Date of violation: Nov. 3, 2001.

Ringdahl, Eric G., 26, 7602 Third Way S.E., Lacey, pleaded guilty, fined $1,405, sentenced to serve 365 days with 359 suspended and credit for time served six days. Date of violation: Jan. 16, 2002.

Scott, Todd S., 29, 1820 Fifth Ave. S.E., Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $1,045, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 suspended. Date of violation: Oct. 18, 2001.

Smith, Cindy Rae, 42, 1919 Humphrey Road S.E., Olympia, pleaded guilty, fined $1,455, sentenced to serve 365 days with 363 suspended. Date of violation: Oct. 25, 2001.

Wahsise, Elise Ann, 39, 908 River Road, Puyallup, pleaded guilty, fined $2,525, sentenced to serve 365 days. Date of violation: Jan. 18, 2002.

Williams, Theresa Wind, 23, 2311 Maxine St. S.E., Lacey, pleaded guilty, fined $1,165, sentenced to serve 365 days with 364 suspended. Date of violation: Jan. 26, 2002.
